The developer team spent a long time with me, answering all my questions and helping to ensure that it was set up and I understood how to make it all work. I am very happy with the customer support and the functionality of this app. It's nice to have such a helpful team behind you, highly recommend!

the only app that will give you excellent incentive features for your customers for writing feedbacks. Customer service is unbelievably prompt and they managed to rectify all our mistakes while choosing the features. WOuldnt want to switch to anything else

Il est super je le recommande. Grace à lui j'ai pu ajouter des revues qui vont grandement améliorer mes bénéfices. et surtout je suis même capable d'analyser statistiquement l'influence de ces revues sur les achats, tout en pouvant voir combien de visiteurs ont vu les avis. vraiment je vous le conseille

Easy Setup, free plan gets you started, results still TBD but good so far. Minimum 100 character limit so this is just to meet that criteria.

Great app, have really had no problems with the integrations and looks really solid on site! Not sure I have any notes, maybe the UX for review prompting outreach to form submission could be better.

This app has been extremely user friendly and has helped increase my conversion rates almost immediately. My only regret is that i didnt start using it earlier

Setting up the APP today was fantastic, the customer support team are available to help and walked me through every step. I think it's really important to use an APP provider that has a chat and also shows their phone number and email. There are so many great ways that you can request reviews from your customers and it's super easy to set up and use! Highly recommend.

So far so good. easy to setup, easy to get support (They write back very quickly). I like the look of it. Recommended to check it out with their free plan and see how you like it!
