I'm a new customer but I can confidently say this is easy to use, love the interface. I have used other review apps before and this is the best so far.

So far this app has been amazing. Love the way it looks on my sites theme. It was INCREDIBLY easy to get setup and use. I contacted support one time and they were awesome helping me out. Out of the few handfuls of review apps I installed and tried out, this will always be the one I recommend. Well worth the money each month.

The app was easy to use & navigate. Great app for requesting and showcasing customer reviews! You're able to generate discount codes for customers who gives you feedback.

Just started using the app but I’m finding it great so far. Easy to import my Etsy reviews and great, fast support when I reached out. It seems easy for customers to leave a review. I sell one of a kind items so I was after an app that showed store reviews on my home page as just product reviews are not relevant to my business and this app does that.

Easy to navigate, it integrated the widget into my Shopify store very easily without any hassle! Super quick and easy for my customers to leave reviews all with the click of a link!

I am surprised that there are so many good reviews, as I had an awful experience using this app. The custom incentive function is broken, so I can't reward customers with points from our rewards app (Smile) that is integrated with Fera. I've been emailing their team for weeks, get a lousy response with no helpful information on expected timelines from their engineers, thank them for their "update", and then don't hear from them for a week until I circle back to them for an update. I've become straightforward in my requests to get actual time estimates and have been ignored. Very disappointed. Uninstalled Fera and am moving forward with a different app.
I'm sincerely sorry for the trouble! There was, in-fact, no bug here, but rather just a rare miscommunication between our engineering team and our support team which resulted in your delayed resolution. The issue stemmed from our new loyalty app support for review submission rewards (Joy loyalty, Bon loyalty and more) so you’re not stuck to 1 loyalty app. In doing so we added some confusion about how our Smile loyalty integration is configured. The engineering team was working on some UI improvements that created the confusion for you in the first place which took a few weeks to complete, but that should not have delayed letting you know how to continue with our partner Smile.io without problem. I sent you an email before seeing this review about how we're going to DO BETTER for all merchants in the future to prevent further communications and how we're going to COMPENSATE you for the troubles. Very easy to install and configure. Customer service is excellent and will troubleshoot any problems very quickly. I recommend this review app to any small businesses starting out!

Team is amazing and continue to try and improve the app. See some recommendations pop into the app recently which made me happy that they are listening to us, and not just telling us what to do. Yes, there are some other review apps that might have more integrations (even though Fera.ai has enough of the main ones) but I am sure overtime as they grow they will even more. Did try another big player in the industry before this and it was just limiting. Once you chose the layout of your reviews you are stuck with it, while with Fera.ai you can change it in the them editor.
