Fera Product Reviews App

Very easy to sync with my other shop reviews. For someone who is not at all technical this was an excellent find.

Very helpful when I did not know what to do:) Kemi helped me put the the reviews under our products for people to see.

Excellent customer support team and simple to use integration for customer reviews! I also love the integration design, it's engaging, simple and blends well into my existing website.

Fera has been really quick to implement and get on board. While I don't have the review volume to need the upgraded package, preventing it from going into spam inboxes by using my own domain is essential. It has some small things to get used to as a new user, but the customer support has been really helpful and the guides are much simpler to follow than many online forms.

App is easy to use. You can customize the messages you want sent to your customers and I really like the Store Rating badge.

I can't believe I'm finding this app only now! I have been looking for months for these features exactly! Setting the app is incredibly easy. I still had some questions and the team is so reactive and nice! The free plan is complete, but I think I'll get the standard one to get more widgets. Also, the widget included in the free plan is the product one, meaning the most important and the one you always have to pay for in competitors' apps, so I really appreciate that Fera offer us this one
