The app is relatively intuitive and easy to use, affordable and has plenty of options to make sure your customers are seeing what they need to make a purchase...REVIEWS! My only current issue is getting "all reviews" out from embedding in with other block sections on the website. Its seems to only be able to embed within other sections I don't want them apart of because I should be further down on the page and the reviews should be higher.

Awesome app. I have no experience building a website or anything like that, have difficulty just using Shopify templates. This app is really easy to use with no hassles. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Holden from the Fera app team and I must say, I was extremely impressed with his level of service and helpfulness. Holden went above and beyond to assist me with formatting my reviews within the app and was always available to answer any questions I had. Fera has been really quick to implement and get on board. While I don't have the review volume to need the upgraded package, preventing it from going into spam inboxes by using my own domain is essential. It has some small things to get used to as a new user, but the customer support has been really helpful and the guides are much simpler to follow than many online forms.

I'm very glad that I found this app. I could easily import my reviews from Loox. Fera is a very extended app with a lot of possibilities. Holden and Kemi helped me very well with my questions which I still had. Everything I hoped for that Fera can was possible for me. I was doubting whether I would make the switch from Loox to Fera, but I certainly did not regret it. I really recommend this one!

Great app, easy to use and looks seamless on our website, i think its a great app if you have a minimal website.
