Fera Product Reviews App

Just installed it, and so far so good. I like the layout and it's very straightforward and easy to use (even for a beginner like me!). There aren't many apps that allows for just store review, so I'm really pleased that it's working well! The response from the team was really quick too.

Tutorials are great, on brand with my store. And I was all set up in 30 minutes. Even have my first review already!

I am new, but it seems to have all the features i was looking for in one app. I am very anxious to see how it will help my store.

Super easy to set up. We are only two weeks old but the first couple reviews have started to come and our clients had no issues submitting the reviews.

Customer service is fantastic. Every time I have a small issue, they are quick to respond and fix the problem! They have even gone out of their way to update some features of my widgets to make it more cohesive with the page, which was just above and beyond. All of my store's previous reviews were on Google, so this app has been enormously helpful to be able to display those reviews on our new site.

Straight forward app design that makes it user friendly and really quick customer support with detail and simple explanations. I will continue to use this app!

Easily integrates and is easy to navigate. I’ve had other review apps in the past that were complicated and had to get constant support with, this is not the case with this application. Seamless experience so far!
