Fera Product Reviews App

I can't believe I'm finding this app only now! I have been looking for months for these features exactly! Setting the app is incredibly easy. I still had some questions and the team is so reactive and nice! The free plan is complete, but I think I'll get the standard one to get more widgets. Also, the widget included in the free plan is the product one, meaning the most important and the one you always have to pay for in competitors' apps, so I really appreciate that Fera offer us this one

I find this reviews app to be the easiest to use out of all the ones that I have tried. I sends customers emails asking for a review.

I wanted to find an app that could intergrate with my Trustpilot reviews (you have to pay to do this via trustpilot). Fera was perfect. Very easy to use interface and not complicated at all. I even asked if they could help me with some widgit customisation, which turned out be even better. Kemi helped me do this and she was very lovely to talk. She understood exactly what I wanted, despite me not making much sense. I cant wait to try out what else Fera has to offer.

I wanted to install a review app, so I looked at several and reluctantly chose it, but this one is easy to use! I'm glad the steps were explained in a way that was easy to understand. I'm not used to it yet, so I don't know in the future, but I'm subscribing for the time being. THANK YOU!!

He went into my back end and assisted me remotely to not only fix the reviews on my homepage but on each product now. He went above and beyond. I really appreciate it. So far so good. Fair limits for the free plan. The interface looks nice but I hadn't had the chance to properly test the app yet.
