This app has a ton of customization options and I love that it pulls from our Google reviews as well. I really like the incentive emails sent to customers too. I needed help adjusting a few things and the customer service was almost instantaneous and very clear and helpful. I wish every app was like this!

We have been using another customer review app and have been looking for a replacement that has a more modern approach as well is easier to operate. And we learned about Fera and immediately fell in love. It was super easy to set up and customize to our needs. We had a few small questions about our implementation and the team was super responsive and helpful and had all our questions sorted out the next day. We could not be more pleased and are happy we found Fera.

Currently use the app to request customer reviews for verified purchases and star badges on the website. Sometimes it can be a little effort to get it where we want it to be, but their support is excellent. Happy we chose Fera
