The app is easy to use, with a relatively quick setup. I used it to import reviews from Etsy and this saved me a lot of time.

Amazing support from the Fera team. The app is easy and intuitive to use. I have been thoroughly enjoying all its features. It is also reasonably priced. Highly recommended for product and store reviews. Enjoy.

Great app with super helpful support. We came for 1 feature and ended up using 4-5 of them. Pop ups, announcement bars, etc.

Very easy and efficient. Integrated seamlessly with my store and my sms/email apps. The design on-site looks great too.

Excellent customer support. Holden and Roel have been instrumental in setting up every part of the reviews on our website - doanddare.co They've helped with customizing colours + layout and helped all the pieces come together nicely. And out of the box, it has the nicest visual appearance of any of the review apps we tested. We're very happy! Only thing I wish is that we could take advantage of the discount they offer for an annual subscription...

The app was just what I needed. The advice and answers section was very easy to follow for learning how to navigate the app. Customer service was great and very quickly helped me with a small issue I had. Thank you!

I am using fera.ai for a really long time already on another platform and I was always extremely happy with it. Now I am using it on shopify and couldn't be any happier!! really really really nice app with, I think, the best solution. Highly recommend!

Does everything I needed, I am happy. I can send automatic reviews requests, I can apply discounts after customer submitted a review and also the widget is very nicely designed
