Fera Product Reviews App

Excellent customer support. Holden and Roel have been instrumental in setting up every part of the reviews on our website - doanddare.co They've helped with customizing colours + layout and helped all the pieces come together nicely. And out of the box, it has the nicest visual appearance of any of the review apps we tested. We're very happy! Only thing I wish is that we could take advantage of the discount they offer for an annual subscription...

Does everything I needed, I am happy. I can send automatic reviews requests, I can apply discounts after customer submitted a review and also the widget is very nicely designed

Just started using and it's nice and easy. Was trying to stick with Shopify reviews but the functionality is too limited and this does everything I need. Also their customer support chat is SO helpful - they answer in seconds which is great when learning to navigate the interface.
