I really like the Fera Product Reviews App. It's great to be able to clearly show how many reviews and ratings on each product page. I like the customer photo option too.

This app is so easy to use and USER FRIENDLY. NOT TO MENTION the TOP NOTCH customer service in the chat box!

So far, this app has been very easy to use and set up. It has a lot of nice features. I wish it had more customizability with their email templates. Other than that it's been great and so is their customer service. I strongly believe reviews are one of the most important things you can add to build trust with potential customers and increase sales.

I like the functionality of the app, but I had an initial issue where my the offers on my one-time review requests were being replaced by a different offer. I noticed this after I press save. So I recommend checking more than once before those are sent out. I also found the set up of the review widgets a bit confusing, but support was able to help me sort both of these issue out and it looks really nice on the website.
