This app has been great to validate our products. Its resulted in over 900 5-Star Reviews since we launched a few months ago. Only request would be that negative illegitimate reviews could be declined without notifying client. It leads to escalation on other review platforms so moderation is limiting.

This is a great app that is extremely easy to set up to use. It integrates very well with Shopify, and allows for a number of review setups and interactions with customers and lots of flexibility in terms of our reviews are requested and managed. I personally would love the ability to apply a little more typographic control in terms of how the reviews appear (e.g. being able to control the line height and letterspacing in the text), hence the four instead of five stars — but overall, it really is a solid app and I look forward to continuing to use it.

I only just added it to my shop but looks like it's everything i've been looking for! i tried a few other apps and non of them had all the i needed- photo and video reviews, customizable widget and control over review request emails. i am just now starting to collect reviews so i still need to see if it keeps working for me, but so far i'm impressed

Great app to get started with reviews, the integrations are great and the automations make things very easy! The support is without a doubt the bet of any company I have dealt with, Holden is amazing.

Handige app, veel mogelijkheden en relatief gemakkelijk om alles in te stellen. Heel tevreden met de automatische mail voor reviews op te vragen en one-time review voor vorige klanten.

The app has a great UI and is very straightforward to use. Integrates nicely with website and looking forward to integrating with other 3rd party apps once we onboard (eg: Klaviyo for marketing automation)

Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly. I have had a few issues with the app itself when updating my theme but customer service always helps me get it back right.
