extremely easy uploader tool that doest require a ton of extra formatting. much much easier than shopify's built in reviews app. I have been trying to months to get our etsy reviews on our shopify site and it was always too complicated or involved too much formatting. but fera.ai made it extremely fast and simply.

Hi, This is my first time using this app and Holden helped me out at 10pm on Sunday. I did not think I would get any help since it clearly said that they would not be available until normal business hours tomorrow. This is top-quality customer service I received from Holden today and highly recommend this app to all small businesses decided what affordable review-based app that lets customers add photos and videos. I myself am using an app like this for the first time and am happy with the result so far. Now since this is my very first day using the app I will be sure to post a updated 1 month review on the consistence of quality. Based on tonight's clear evidence of great customer support/ live chat, I am sure it will still be AMAZING like Holden. Until later friends.

The best review app on the store, it was very easy to set up and importing reviews from the other review app I had was instant, I needed a little help from the support and the fact I could chat with them and it was done within 10 minutes is unheard of. Fantastic app and service and I highly recommend it.

This app is great, really happy with it. Easy to use, works well and easy to make it look good on your website. The Fera team are great - I was speaking with Holden and they helped me get everything looking really good on my website!

The versatility of this app is wonderful and the customer service is incredible. I had read great things about Fera, but wanted to customize the app for my website, and I'm talking heavy customizations. I got connected with Holden at Fera and he spent HOURS with me tweaking every little detail I wanted modified. Not only is the app wonderful, but customer service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Love this app and love the people behind it. Thank you so much!

So far, everything is going smoothly. We wanted a very simply app and Fera seems to be the answer. Most of our current reviews are in Etsy and we need to move those manually, but even that isn't too bad.

besides the great widgets and easy to navigate/ install nature of this app, it helpfully provides real time data for your customers, showing the pages they are currently looking at, and their journey to your store. With the introduction of iOS14, this is an extremely helpful tool to understand where the sales are coming from - and also where customers may be dropping off.

FIVE STAR! I really thought I was going to have to pay someone to do this, but nope! This app was perfect. Im not the best with these back end things and this add on was as easy as 1,2,3. HIGHLY Recommended.
