The versatility of this app is wonderful and the customer service is incredible. I had read great things about Fera, but wanted to customize the app for my website, and I'm talking heavy customizations. So far, everything is going smoothly. We wanted a very simply app and Fera seems to be the answer. Most of our current reviews are in Etsy and we need to move those manually, but even that isn't too bad.

besides the great widgets and easy to navigate/ install nature of this app, it helpfully provides real time data for your customers, showing the pages they are currently looking at, and their journey to your store. With the introduction of iOS14, this is an extremely helpful tool to understand where the sales are coming from - and also where customers may be dropping off.
