Fera Product Reviews App

Great service and very simple to use. I recommend it for others as well. Just what i needed for my website

I use the app so I could create a better connection with my customers and make more sales. Easy to use, language customizable! thanks!

Very pleased with the App and the team – particularly, the customer service and response times have been outstanding. The App is working exactly as we need and we have been able to style all aspects to seamlessly tie in to our brand.

Great app, very user friendly. A lot better than its competitors. Will be recommending to other people looking for a product reviews app!

This app has been great to validate our products. Its resulted in over 900 5-Star Reviews since we launched a few months ago. Only request would be that negative illegitimate reviews could be declined without notifying client. It leads to escalation on other review platforms so moderation is limiting.

This is a great app that is extremely easy to set up to use. It integrates very well with Shopify, and allows for a number of review setups and interactions with customers and lots of flexibility in terms of our reviews are requested and managed. I personally would love the ability to apply a little more typographic control in terms of how the reviews appear (e.g. being able to control the line height and letterspacing in the text), hence the four instead of five stars — but overall, it really is a solid app and I look forward to continuing to use it.

Absolutely the best app on Shopify. Easy usability and a lot of options. Amazing customer service as well! Shout out to Roel! <3

Best app for displaying reviews. Excellent support, they respond within minutes and always find a solution.

The few times I’ve had to reach out to support they have been so quick to assist me or fix my issues! Definitely recommend!

Easy to use and customer support is top they do answer quickly and solve my issues very efficiently, thank you !

I only just added it to my shop but looks like it's everything i've been looking for! i tried a few other apps and non of them had all the i needed- photo and video reviews, customizable widget and control over review request emails. i am just now starting to collect reviews so i still need to see if it keeps working for me, but so far i'm impressed

Super simpel einzurichten! Mit anderen Apps habe ich mich tagelang reingelesen - Fera ist intuitiv und war schnell im Shop integriert und funktioniert einfach. Daumen hoch

Great app to get started with reviews, the integrations are great and the automations make things very easy! The support is without a doubt the bet of any company I have dealt with, Holden is amazing.

I used this product to show my customers my google reviews so they can feel confident they are purchasing high quality Australian products.

They have been so helpful and accommodating! We are loving our experience with their app! They answered all our questions, not matter how silly and never made us feel dumb!

I'm setting now the app and I'm thrilled with the simplicity and the features! Couldn't recommend more!

Awesome service and very user friendly! I like the feature options and everything feels very intuitive.

I used this app to add reviews to our site. It is very easy to use, importing reviews from different sites was seamless. Thank you!

Handige app, veel mogelijkheden en relatief gemakkelijk om alles in te stellen. Heel tevreden met de automatische mail voor reviews op te vragen en one-time review voor vorige klanten.

For some reason i have problems setting up the reviews. But they can always help. And once on, everything works perfect!
