FIVE STAR! I really thought I was going to have to pay someone to do this, but nope! This app was perfect. Im not the best with these back end things and this add on was as easy as 1,2,3. HIGHLY Recommended.

I was searching through a number of different review apps so glad I went with Fera. Super simple and easy to set up, integrations were a big bonus too!

Works as expected. Some challenges on the sync towards google reviews, but not sure the problem is on Google side or Fera side.

I went through about 10 apps before I found Fera, and what a breath of fresh air, super easy to use, super customizable, and at a reasonable price. A+ customer service as well.

I tried several review apps before and wasn't happy with them. Fera is the first I used that I'm super happy with. Very easy-to-use both on customer side and on seller side. Had all the features I needed (currently using the free version which allows only one widget: I chose the reviews widget). Great UI/UX, easily implemented within the site style - so it looks as a part of it - aesthetically, which was very important to me as a fine jewelry designer. I've added the reviews within the product page - and they fit in so nicely - check it out on: noasharon.com Very good customer support when needed, and a superb experiment for me as an online creator & merchant. Highly recommended! >> had to come back change it to 4 stars b/c they reached with an offer (that was sent with NO expiration date) and when I reached back to redeem, about 2 weeks later they replied that the offer is no longer available. I find this very unprofessional. >> updated to 5 due to highly dedicated and valuable support team, that is if you are on the paid version.

I really like the Fera product. The pricing is fair and the ease of integration and ability to edit the liquid template - all areas of the template really impressed me. I was able to integrate quickly. Also the automation for customers and the painless task after having to ask customers for reviews is not automatic. Wish you can release some products Also their customer service is awesome!

Switched over on the recommendation of my marketing team, and love the ease of use of the app. Integrated easily. Needed to ask a quick question from the online help team and they were right on it. They even assisted to tweak it to fit better with my site. Five plus stars from me.

Super Easy to setup, really like the integration options. New conditions were implemented within automatic review system since starting which helped a lot. Also the support and quick replies has been amazing!

Great app, the marketing of customer reviews have helped increase sales. Customer service is amazing. Ability to customize things more would make this app even better!
