Fera Product Reviews App

I used this app to send out review requests and gather photos/ videos. I also used it for incentives based on reviews received. I tried some other apps but the free versions did not include what I needed. I love Fera's simplicity and its design, especially the options to customize the positioning and the exact look of the reviews. The videos provided within the app are very detailed as far as how to install and customize the app. This is a great app, and simple enough for someone just starting out!

So far so good using Feria reviews app. I had an issue with a carousel and I was assisted in a timely manner. Customer support is prompt if you have any issues.

Had a website glitch and the team was very rapid in responding and getting it fixed. I was shocked at how fast the service was and thought I would have to wait days for a fix. Having a glitchy site was stressing me out and the agent took those worries away. Very Impressed with the rapid response and lightning fast resolution

WOW WOW WOW. If you are looking for a product review app that has it all, look not further than Fera. I spent a whole day researching pretty much every product review app available in the shopify app store. I then reached out to all the ones that made my top list. Fera did an awesome product demo with us where they answered all of our questions, they are really competitively priced, and the number of features they have is mind blowing. We loved that video reviews are available. Their service team has been exceptional in helping us make sure this looks great on our site. And we can't wait to utilize the many other widgets they offer, to help us increase sales. Thank you Fera! So glad we found you.

I researched a lot of apps before landing on Fera. We've been using it for 2 months now and hasn't been disappointed -- interface is smooth and clean. Only feature I would request is the ability to ask a customer to re-edit a review that they submitted.
