So far so good. I just transitioned to this app today and it has been an easy transition. I look forward to continuing to use more feature. Update: I still like the app but it pulls the entire catalog from your store under products (including those in draft format). It would be helpful if it only listed the products on the site or provided the option to do so. If you are requesting a custom review, this can be time consuming to filter through the products.

This app is EVERYTHING i've been needing for my store and more! I've been trying to convert customers and have been holding on to reviews, but haven't known how I can show them on my site. This app is effective and visually appealing with a bunch of other flair too. Absolutely a MUST have on ANY Shopify store.

Better than the rest on the shopify app store. It allows for a lot of customizations, and has an effective marketing strategy to make it easy to incentivize customers to write reviews

I have been using Fera for approximately 2 months now. I had Loox before, but decided to give Fera a try, because they were less expensive. I have not regretted it since. This App is amazing, easy to use, and just what i need for my business. I have not had any technical issues since i installed the App, so i can't write on customer service, but so far so good. Definitely 5 stars deserved!
