For now it's a great app , i can submit reviews manually or by uploading a csv file and i can choose to show a per product review or show all reviews in all product pages and that's a feature i was looking for . Plus i can send messages to ask for reviews , the only missing feature is entering a review manually from the product page ( that's why the missing star ) . UPDATE : As soon as i wrote the comment an agent added the feature that was missing so i'll add the star recommand the app as its support team is doing a great job .

Holden in customer service was right on time with my request at the most frustrating time. Not knowing he was actually going to get back to me so quickly, I was speaking with Shopify customer service and they were giving me other app options I could choose from...I was so close to deleting this app. It was because I was in my emails and saw that I actually got a response, and from the first email back to me, he showed that he was initiating fixing my issue and it was just for me to confirm if the change had been made. I appreciate companies like this to provide a fast turn around, cause I could've lost a good company at the peek of my frustrations. Thanks so much for your help even in the late night here. I appreciate 100%.

I've installed multiple review widgets, and this one is by far the easiest to use. I started on etsy and am slowly moving over to Shopify and importing my reviews has been extremely difficult. I still have to add them one by one, but the interface of Fera is very user friendly and super easy to use. Highly recommend

I like the review widget. But if you can give more free stuff it would be great. Its a good plugins only that need more options enable for free version.
