We added this app for product reviews, and then discovered all the extra features it has! It's awesome for getting additional insights into your customer journeys and it's super helpful even if you don't pay a dime. Would recommend to any store especially starting out!

Easy to get started on FERA, but I found it a bit difficult to get the reviews showed on my webpage. But the chat support was quick and helped me with my troubles.

This app is fantastic for letting customers write reviews as well as manually entering in reviews from ebay or other sources. The free plan offers 1 free widget which I used for product stars that a user can click on to open up the full reviews, including pics.

Decided to randomly download this app for my website, and so glad i did! I love the customization, and design options on the free plan. Easy to install, no coding necessary . I had one little issue with the width on my homepage and the support team was extremely fast to fix it. The customer side is just as easy, I was received 10 reviews from my customers on the same day of installing!!

We`ve been using fera.ai app since the launch of our first eshop (now we have 5) and we do see increase of CRO because of the given features.

I've been comparing between Judge.me, Loox, Stampede etc. and finally decided to give Fera a try. Experience thus far has been great, this app offers quite a numbers a impactful widgets, still exploring how they can help to gain more customer interaction and return sales, cheers! One note for Fera is to improve the user guides would greatly help.
