I've been using this app for a while and it's always been reliable. I recently decided to add some more customization and Holden was absolutely wonderful to work with-- answered my 12031418 questions and helped me design it exactly how I wanted the widgets/reviews to display in my store. I love how this app intricately shows shopper journeys, is easy to work with, and has so many features to add to my site. I feel like I could use every aspect of this app, and I can be way more in tune with my customers actions.

I found this app is really convenient and easy to use, but I hope it does not need to require customers' info to leave reviews.
Thank you for your review. Just letting you know that for as long as the customer submits a review by clicking on a link in the review request email then they will not be prompted for these details. You can setup this automated review request email from the "Automated Content Campaign" in your fera dashboard. Just let us know should you need assistance setting this up and we will be happy to assist you.

This is the best one, Do not look further! After having researched and reviewed multiple apps, found this to be the best option. Love how simple it is to integrate, customise. Plethora of widget and campaign options, you can customise that too! So glad to have found this for my store.
