So far, so good. This app has a lot of great features and very easy to use. I like that it allows you to easily customize how you present the widgets.

I found this app is really convenient and easy to use, but I hope it does not need to require customers' info to leave reviews.
Thank you for your review. Just letting you know that for as long as the customer submits a review by clicking on a link in the review request email then they will not be prompted for these details. You can setup this automated review request email from the "Automated Content Campaign" in your fera dashboard. Just let us know should you need assistance setting this up and we will be happy to assist you.

This is the best one, Do not look further! After having researched and reviewed multiple apps, found this to be the best option. Love how simple it is to integrate, customise. Plethora of widget and campaign options, you can customise that too! So glad to have found this for my store.

For now it's a great app , i can submit reviews manually or by uploading a csv file and i can choose to show a per product review or show all reviews in all product pages and that's a feature i was looking for . Plus i can send messages to ask for reviews , the only missing feature is entering a review manually from the product page ( that's why the missing star ) . UPDATE : As soon as i wrote the comment an agent added the feature that was missing so i'll add the star recommand the app as its support team is doing a great job .

La aplicacion es muy amigable, hay tutoriales para todas las herramientas que tiene Fera. Puedes cambiar colores y configurar los mails para reviews

Holden in customer service was right on time with my request at the most frustrating time. Not knowing he was actually going to get back to me so quickly, I was speaking with Shopify customer service and they were giving me other app options I could choose from...I was so close to deleting this app. It was because I was in my emails and saw that I actually got a response, and from the first email back to me, he showed that he was initiating fixing my issue and it was just for me to confirm if the change had been made. I appreciate companies like this to provide a fast turn around, cause I could've lost a good company at the peek of my frustrations. Thanks so much for your help even in the late night here. I appreciate 100%.
