I really am impressed with this app! So far I have the free version which is easy to use. Along with helping customers provide reviews it also sends out emails to your customers asking for feedback. You can then choose to provide them with an incentive to purchase again. I highly recommend it!

Finding a good product reviews app that synced with Smile.io has been on my list for awhile. I tested out a few of them and Fera easily stood out as the EASIEST product review app to implement. The backend is beautiful and intuitive and it take seconds to get widgets up and running. They also have novel features such as social proof (usually has to be a separate app) built in as well as shopper journeys -- very cool! They are also reasonably priced and i appreciate that they don't break their tiers up my number of orders since I'm a sub box and my orders are extremely variable depending on the month. I'm excited to set fully set up with Fera!

I used this app to add reviews and customer photos gallery. Just awesome and super easy to use. I'd used it in the past and tried many others, but ended coming back to this app. So pleased I did.

I needed a little customization on my install because I have more than one product template and customer support was extremely responsive and I was up and running very quickly. This reviews platform is going to work very very well for me!

I've been using this app during the 14-day free and it was an absolute pleasure. The dashboard is very easy to use and navigate. This is one app, I don't mind paying for. :)

I used this app and its wonderful for targeting customers by getting reviews and then featuring it on your webpage. You get the exact feedback to target new customers.

Very simple to use! I love the minimalist template. Its no brainer. I like the option of sending message to customer to get feedback. However, it is not clear for customer how to give feedback by themself on the product page. Even with explanation. I have to send them a email with the link.
