Fera Product Reviews App

Finding a good product reviews app that synced with Smile.io has been on my list for awhile. I tested out a few of them and Fera easily stood out as the EASIEST product review app to implement. The backend is beautiful and intuitive and it take seconds to get widgets up and running. They also have novel features such as social proof (usually has to be a separate app) built in as well as shopper journeys -- very cool! They are also reasonably priced and i appreciate that they don't break their tiers up my number of orders since I'm a sub box and my orders are extremely variable depending on the month. I'm excited to set fully set up with Fera!

I used this app to add reviews and customer photos gallery. Just awesome and super easy to use. I'd used it in the past and tried many others, but ended coming back to this app. So pleased I did.

Very useful app. Lots of information about the behavior of customers and useful up sell tools. Also not to expensive for the tools you get.

I'm fairly new to Shopify and selling online. I wanted a full-featured review partner to both get reviews from customers and capture my customer feedback. Fera has all the apps I could want and low cost options to help me get started without spending more than necessary.

their support is very patient, teach me how to use it, i spend lots of time to upload the photo, finally i know it.

As a newcomer to the ecommerce world, understanding how to interpret customer behavior and analytics is a large undertaking with a long learning curve. Fera is a valuable tool that offers reliable data and a much welcomed coaching resource. I highly recommend and the "paid" features are worth the cost.

So far so good, I've been using it for almost 2 months. The Free plan]allows you to get acquainted with the app, must upgrade for the better features but still a good insight.

The app is wonderful. It's incredibly easy to moderate reviews and pick the perfect spot to put them in your store using a drag and drop editor.

A must have app, with pretty much every widget you need to optimise. Easily one of the best apps I have used and cannot recommend them more. The customer support is crazy fast and overall one of if not the best app I have used, the customer service helper named Roel was incredibly helpful, cannot thank him enough for the patience and time he put into getting us set up! Really appreciate her hard work and support too! These guys rock check them out! Nothing to lose with these guys, the support for your business across the board in helping customize things is unreal!
