So far I have been really impressed by this app! Great features, and also the customer service has been beyond outstanding! Very helpful and fast to address all of my concerns.

I have tried because of the recommendation of my friends. And it is worth it. The perfect app for social proof, review, etc. When I had a problem with something almost in a minute they helped me. Really great customer service.

Just started using this app. It's really easy to use and chat support at your fingertips. I've tried a few apps and end up deleting them as I get confused and flustered. This ones a keeper. 10/10 for ease of use.

Support is fast and amazing! They are always very helpful. The app works perfectly and every time we have had a problem they react very fast to help us.

I used the app to run a carousel of testimonials. Was a little challenging to figure out how to do that given how many opportunities the app offers, but it came out great. Customer Support was really helpful whenever I needed a hand.

My app design was deactivated by mistake. I contacted support and they added all my links, logo images back on my website. Fantastic Service!!!!

We use Fera to run temporary promotions and show conditional elements. We can track our individual banners and easily show them based on various conditions. This is an invaluable part of our toolkit for efficiently modifying our website, testing and optimizing. Easy to use too! We have been using Fera for years now, and I don't see ever running a business on Shopify without it.

Awesome app! has everything you need. Had a few things i needed changing to fit with my design and the customer service fixed all that in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied!

Fera, in my opinion, is the single best must-have, most needed app I have worked with. It delivers multiple functionalities in one app, which is always a win in my book. Built-in features, such as promo bars, banners, pop-ups, etc are already a win - but it allows you to add custom features if you're not super great at coding! The team is one of the best out there. Super patient, friendly and extremely helpful. Do yourself a favor and install this!

Great app!. Its a great method to build a consumer community feeling on my website. I just ask for a way to monitor changes on my website to avoid losing this app while upgrading my theme.
