Besides this being a great app that does exactly what it advertises, the customer service is second to none. I had an issue with the app, and even though it turned out to be a mistake in my theme's coding that had nothing to do with this app, their tech support fixed it for me. I was really impressed!

This is THE BEST app out there for Shopify. The support is amazing, they answer you right away and solve problems very fast. Also they help you creating custom skills!! And that is really really cool. Install this now, it help us everyday with our customers and orders. Thanks Fera!!!!

I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for Fera. This app literally is the best. Not only does it provide you with tools to better convert customers, but the customer support team is just top notch. Jay helped me out tremendously. He delivered help in a timely manner and his intellect showed. He's really good!! I'd give this app 6 stars if i can.

Good app. does what it says. However, it ended up being expensive for the limited usage we were giving it.

Fera has been helping lots of merchants. I'm happy my developer added this app to my store. I like it that you can move the app in your product pages by selecting which part to put it. Very easy and smart! They definitely thought of merchant experience there! - jingajuice.com.ph -

Love this app in any way! I think it's my favorite from the app list I use! I love how it allows real time tracking of what is being viewed and the statistics! Love it so much!

This app is AMAZING and worth every penny. The customer service team deserve very high praise. They usually respond within minutes (gasps!!!) and resolve any issues very promptly.

Love this app. Does what it says. Support is awesome! We had some issue with a pop up interfering with the checkout button and that was a big bummer. However, the support staff was very prompt in fixing the CSS and issue was resolved.

First Class Support , no need to email the live chat is awesome, Holden is the most knowledgeable person i have met when it comes to code and how shopify works and the layout, he understands the most complex of tasks, you can be stuck on something and simply ask a question and Kopila will be right on the situation, installed over 8 apps and website has not lagged website at all on pingdom test. many thanks Flash Wear

I use this app to create tools for easy checkout and timers. I really like the analytics. Wish the payment (after trial) was clearer to understand
