UPDATE (AS OF 2 DECEMBER 2025) I definitely DO NOT recommend this app anymore as despite being a high-tier paying loyal user with their company for many years, they have recently discontinued the "Show Social Proof Popups" feature silently and without informing store owners about it too, until I asked the chat staff. I was totally appalled at how I'm being treated and it's no wonder our sales have suddenly saw a sharp dip due to the 'facade' of inactivity around our website store. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Been a user of this amazing app for many years now and I couldn’t recommend this enough! Mercy, the agent that was assigned to me, was nifty and very helpful and polite and most importantly, helped me to solve the problem of my widget not popping up for my mobile site and I’m very pleased with her work!

Amazing! customer support and have tons of thing to do... easy to implement and i hope we find great results- they do have analytics so hopefully we'll see

Love this app in any way! I think it's my favorite from the app list I use! I love how it allows real time tracking of what is being viewed and the statistics! Love it so much!

This app is AMAZING and worth every penny. The customer service team deserve very high praise. They usually respond within minutes (gasps!!!) and resolve any issues very promptly.

Love this app. Does what it says. Support is awesome! We had some issue with a pop up interfering with the checkout button and that was a big bummer. However, the support staff was very prompt in fixing the CSS and issue was resolved.

First Class Support , no need to email the live chat is awesome, Holden is the most knowledgeable person i have met when it comes to code and how shopify works and the layout, he understands the most complex of tasks, you can be stuck on something and simply ask a question and Kopila will be right on the situation, installed over 8 apps and website has not lagged website at all on pingdom test. many thanks Flash Wear

Well done app, Increase and improve the store conversions. Well done team. It feels like behind the sense there's a Smart and Great team who lead the staff which are great and supportive no matter what you need, they always respond fast and help you even with additional tips [Holden] that help you convert better. I use this app to create tools for easy checkout and timers. I really like the analytics. Wish the payment (after trial) was clearer to understand

Just a big waste of time. Does not have features that it claims on their website. Support tells me to contact Shopify, Shopify obviously does not provide support for third part apps. Now i'll just have to waste a long time erasing everything from the app installation...
Dearest Zacchissimi: You misunderstood our request and stopped responding to our messages attempting to clarify. Shopify removed a feature that is required to do what you wanted to do and we were simply telling you to contact Shopify to have the feature turned back on. We have no ability to do that for you from our side since it is not a feature in our platform. Anyways, we've since disabled skills that requires work from Shopify to avoid such confusion in the future, but if you decide you want to try it again simply respond to our messages and we'll do our best to support you.

I really the like the app. It's very helpful. It does what's necessary for the store. It would be nice to have a few more urgency features to initially try out before committing. Get this app for the timers and proofs because there is no urgency involved.

(Updated review) - There was a mix up which happened after receiving an email which I didn't fully understand. Rather than go into details about that, I must say that their response since then has been fantastic. I really feel that they have my best interests at heart, which is refreshing. The app itself contains a lot of features which I use to attempt to impulse more of my customers to convert, and more have been added in the short time which I have used this app.

I used this app to boost my conversion and it did work! First of all it's so easy to install and the customer service is also awesome and quick!
