Nice easy to use app that consistently delivers audio files to my customers. I like that I'm able to customize the emails. Very easy to create digital products and link to store products. Working exactly how I need it to.

Once you sign up there is no way to cancel.

I wanted to reassure you that Filemonk does not block merchants from cancelling a trial or a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription, downgrade to our free plan, or uninstall the app at any time. I also saw that you reached out to our support team, and we shared the steps to cancel your trial. We’ve been using FileMonk for around a year now. The support team has been excellent. We recently required an enhancement to support EU digital sales and they implemented the feature in only a couple of days. We tried several other digital sales apps and decided on this on based on feature set, cost and responsiveness of the dev team.
