Wow! Filemonk is the app that I've been looking for to sell and download my digital files. I tried many, but the help I received (my tech knowledge is just ok) to get things up and running was phenomenal. Nagaraj, who I worked with, understood all the Shopify nuances helped me greatly. I so appreciate the support and the quick response times when I asked questions. Get. This. App.

We knew Filemonk would be the right solution for us in handling our digital software sales after we saw the features it provided with auto-generated license keys and product building capabilities. After we used the app for several weeks we had some very unique issues to which Filemonk very quickly responded to and even assisted us with enhancing our store and customers' experience. This is hands-down the best app company we've used with Shopify and highly recommend it for any one else looking to do digital product sales!

It is a quite a useful app for us to sell license keys of a software to customers. Although they don't offer live chat customer service, their email response is quite fast.

This is a pretty good and organized app for digital content selling website. I am highly recommending to give it a try. Their support is also pretty quick and helpful, specially Anaam from their support team helps me a lot.

Excellent responsive service and good functionality but really let down by inability to customise download page both for look and features. Mine is a gift product, an album of music for very young children, sent as a download and it looks rubbish and amateur. Particularly compared to the sleek Shopify look. Please please improve the download page or give developers access to the files so they can customise. Also not having the ability to bundle as a single download file is not ideal (have to download each file individually). Make a purchase and you'll see what I mean. Hope this feedback was helpful.
