Fantastic customer support, all requests are resolved quickly. The app fulfils our requirements 100%. Easy to use. We have tested a few apps of this type, but this one is definitely the best. We can highly recommend this app.

Thus far we have had an excellent experience with Filemonk. It was easy to attach to our Shop, easy to figure out and all of our customers so far have received the downloads.

Filemonk is a great app and digital file delivery for Shopify. Sandesh tech support was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He worked with me patiently and diligently to have my issue resolved in one session via chat. I absolutely love how the chat/help feature is embedded in all Filemonk pages so you do not have to dig deep and waste time trying to find how to begin asking for help. In the end that is the most important, problems occur and customer support is key. Thank you, Livinio

This is the best digital products app on Shopify. First of all, it's one of the only apps I could find that allows an external link to digital products rather than a downloadable file. My digital products are already hosted online, so there is nothing to download, but Filemonk lets me use the download button as a link. (Other apps always require you to upload a file). The button appears on thank you pages and in an email. And customers can always revisit the order page where their digital products are listed. Perfect. Also, they have excellent support. Sneha and Anaam dealt with all my questions within minutes. At one point I even asked to adjust a feature and it was implemented by the developers the next day. The pricing is affordable and they are generous with discounts. The feature ideas forum tab is a good sign that they listen to feature requests. I highly recommend Filemonk!

Great App for creating a links to templates in Canva. It would be even better if the order was automatically marked as fullfilled in shopify. Currently I have to do this manually.

Tons of customization options for customer views, emails, orders, etc; easy bulk importing of digital files and bulk attachment to products; quick responsiveness by team - really excellent app!

Customer service has been great. I was having issues with the DKIM authentication and the representative solved the problem in just a few minutes. It's also an excellent app for selling digital products.

I've tried other digital product apps for Shopify, but this one is my favorite. The interface is decently easy to use, and I've had no issues with any of its features. Seems to be doing exactly what it says it'll do. Support is also very responsive and helpful.

I haven't launched my store yet, but I do have everything set up with Filemonk. I also have already tested all of the processes and can confirm that they all work smooth. With the $20/m plan (which their great support can get lowered if you are just starting out) you can have your full system for your digital products 100% in your store, with no Filemonk branding on any screens. It is 100% customizable to what you want it to look and feel like. If you're looking to get into the digital product space, and want a reliable app by your side? You found it!
