After testing multiple apps for digital file delivery, Filemonk has proven to be the best option for our needs. It makes management of our digital products and fulfillment very easy. Also, support is very quick to respond and makes sure that any questions we have are answered in detail, where other apps may just send you a link to a knowledgebase article. Highly recommend!

Easy to set up, intuitive and straight to the point. Everything that I needed for my store. It's been a year now that I've used the app and I'm more than happy to keep paying for the service

the customer support team is fast responsive, very knowledge, and very helpful. the app is easy to use and comfortable, i had no problems with customers not getting their product, everything was smooth. highly recommend to anyone who sells digital products

Great app so far. I would recommend this if you need to manage pdf things in shopify. The interface is understandable and the support is good

This is a time saver app. I am currently using the free version. I upload my custom digital file in pdf format and send it to my customer through the email they submit when they order. It is quick, easy, and saves me a lot of time. I highly recommend this app. Thanks. Mark

I was having some trouble uploading my digital product to my shopify that youtube couldnt even properly instruct me on how to from scratch. I reached out to shopify and they connected me to filemonk support and Anaam was such an amazing help! In just one email that she responded to I had my issue resolved. She was able to provide me with the proper help with no hesitation, definitely keeping filemonk around because of her outstanding effort.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Filemonk. Wir hatten noch nie Beanstandungen seitens der Kunden, und bei Fragen ist immer rasch jemand verfügbar. Die Funktionalität enthält, was wir brauchen, zu einem angemessenen Preis. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Asked for a bulk delete feature and they installed one right away. Very good service. These guys rule. Use them for your digital downloads, you won't regret it. The app works perfectly and is better and cheaper than the others I have tried here. And I tried them all!

We have tried several apps to make our shopify experience easier and Filemonk by far was the best option for us. It did everything we need to do and more. Best of all, the support response was quick and helped us everytime we had a question. We were up and running in no time at all and had all our work automated!

I would totally recommend this! I needed an easy way to send digital files to my customers after they made a purchase, and Filemonk delivered! Not only is it intuitive to use, but their help videos make getting up and running easy. You can also check your dashboard to confirm that files were actually sent to the customer after purchase, which is helpful for troubleshooting customer issues. Super grateful I found this app - give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
