Todo el proceso para que mis clientes descarguen el archivo es muy fácil y amigable. Estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado esta aplicación

L'assistance m'a aidé et a résolu mon souci de DKIM pour approuver mon adresse mail. Cependant, cela a pris beaucoup de temps, environ 2 heures pour moins de 10 messages. Soyez patient si vous avez un souci. J'aime beaucoup l'application et ses fonctionnalités, qui sont vraiment excellentes et répondent bien à mes besoins. Toutefois, le service client est crucial pour les utilisateurs, surtout dans des situations urgentes. Mon problème était assez urgent et cela faisait 3 jours que je n'arrivais pas à le résoudre avec les explications dans les paramètres. Donc, quand le service client traîne, c'est un peu décevant. Malgré cela, l'application dans son ensemble reste super, et le prix est très abordable pour ce qu'elle offre. Avec quelques améliorations du côté du service client, l'expérience utilisateur serait encore meilleure.

When you worked with our team to set up the app, our average response time was in the 30 minutes range. Since then, we've made massive improvements - in process and team - and our average response time is now down to < 10 minutes. I have never done digital sales before and I have had a wonderful first time experience with the help of Sneha from the Filemonk team. The customer service is great. They answer fast and are very friendly and professional. And no matter how many questions I asked she answered them happily. Thank you so much!

Easy to use. Great customer service! Just wish it was a little cheaper since shopify is pricy (for my budget) to begin with. But I was given a discount so that was super helpful!

I've been using Filemonk for a few months now and it's been running quite smoothly. All my initial setup issues were resolved very promptly by their customer service representative Sneha. I needed to view 50 products instead of 20 and they were able to change the default through their back end specially for my requirement. Also I needed my products in a particular sequence and this was also customised for me ftom their back end team. All in all I am very happy with their product and especially Sneha's help has been tremendous. Thank you.

Filemonk and their team truly are amazing! We have had to message in a few times for help setting up our codes on a new store, and each time, Sandesh or Anaam was right there to help! They both had great communication, customer service and were always up to speed on what was needed. Sandesh has gone above and beyond! He has helped with our testing phase and so much more! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Best customer service! Sandesh can fix almost any issue, truly listens to your company's needs, follows up on all changes, and is very fast to act!

The app has worked great for me with no issues in the year I have used it. Easy to set up and manage - I started with the free plan but soon wanted the added features so I upgraded a few months ago. I would recommend this app for any shop selling digital products. UPDATE July 2025 - I've been so impressed with Filemonk—especially the customer service. I recently reached out to ask about a feature that would allow me to sell both digital and physical items without auto-fulfilling physical orders. Hassan went above and beyond! Not only did he clearly explain how to enable the feature, but he also created a test order and sent me detailed screenshots to walk me through the process. The communication was excellent, and the support was truly next level. This feature alone kept me as a customer—huge thanks to Hassan and the team!

The entire Filemonk team, and Anaam specifically, are incredibly responsive and helpful! They addressed a problem we were having (of our own creation) with extremely fast turnaround!! The Filemonk app has been easy to use and is a great service for providing our customers with their downloads and easy access to re-download as needed.
