Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Very well integrated into Shopify, with the ability to offer a download per variant. We love it and are building our business on it!

Wow, thank you Filemonk for making this migration seamless. I had been using another app for 9 years but with changes on their end I needed to find another option. I compared a lot of apps and Filemonk had all the features I needed (unlimited orders, no bandwidth limits, ability to update files and email your customers etc). The interface is very easy to navigate, their support team are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Very happy with this decision and it was a lot easier to migrate than I thought it would be.

I am new to selling digital products, but so far I am happy with my choice of Filemonk. I have found all of the answers to my questions about set up, and the support person I chatted with briefly was very helpful. Will recommend to my other e-commerce buddies.

This app makes starting a digital product business attainable and affordable. The app is an amazing feature that gets the job done. The plans give you great options and breathing room as well as the storage. Digital Downloads is the perfect solution for selling Digital products online and the customer service is 10/10, I would highly recommend.

This is a GREAT download app! I started on Shopify using Shopify's Digital Downloads app, but then they stopped updating it and had to search for an alternative. We used Big Digital Downloads, but found most of my customers emails were being filtered, it was hard to resend download links, and then the links began getting blocked as spam. Very annoying! I reached out to Filemonk to check that they used another system for managing the links and getting the downloads to customers. Very impressed, very easy installation and now when a customer doesn't have a download, I can easily copy and paste the tracking link within the order - OMG! SO EASY! - so I don't have to go hunting through the app to find stuff. It's all right there in the customers original order. The only thing that I'd love to see improved is a way to see a product and list of all of its variants with the file name next to them all on one screen. This would allow me to double check on products that have 12+ variants that I've selected the correct file to go with each variant properly. I found it a little clunky at first when working within that type of product. Overall, I'm absolutely delighted with this app and wish I'd switched to it years ago. Thank you for making a great product!

Really glad to have found Filemonk. It's very easy to use and it's very helpful having the option to provide our customers with a Digital version of the products they choose. I have always received quick help when I message the team with questions.
