Ich habe eigentlich einen Rabatt bekommen, da die App am Anfang nicht richtig funktionierte. Jetzt wenn ich die App Starte werde ich quasi GEZWUNGEN die neuen erhöhten Kosten zu akzeptieren. Wenn ich NICHT auf genehmigen klicke kann ich meine Einreichungen nicht sehen und die App gar nicht erst nutzen... Darum nur 2 Sterne. Das schlimme daran ist dass auch dort steht dass die nächste Zahlung heute ist. Meine Jährliche Zahlung ist vor einigen Tagen jedoch schon abgegangen... Sehr schade somit muss ich doch wieder eine kostenlose oder günstigere Forms App nutzen.

Really awesome form tool. It's my go to. And support from is fast and really effective. Recently Emma helped me a lot. Good people there.

I just downloaded this app last week, so I can only speak from my experience so far, but I’ve been very pleased up to this point. The app offers a wide range of capabilities that really set it apart from many of the other “form” apps I was considering for our Shopify store. Although I had a bit of confusion at first about the capabilities of some elements, customer support was quick to respond to multiple inquiries and helped me find the solutions I needed. Their response time was great —usually within a few hours, or by the next day at most, which is completely understandable given time zone differences. Emma and Tina, in particular, were very pleasant, attentive, and quick to assist. A bit of constructive feedback: what helped me the most during support interactions was when screenshots were provided. That made it easier for me to resolve the issue on my end and learn how to handle it myself in the future.

This app is very clean and easy to use, and what impressed me the most is how fast and accurate the customer service is. It’s honestly one of the best services I’ve experienced so far, and the app itself is excellent. Highly recommended.

This app allows you to approve and decline customers, send automatic emails, customers can be created with specific tags. Works great with Shopify flow for automations. If you need support, they have a very accommodating team. Emma helped me restore my accidentally deleted form and fix a tag issue. 10/10

shopifyのデフォでは作れないメールフォームの作成が可能。複雑な項目から商品と連携してたフォームも作成可能で用途に応じて複数作って運用ができると思います。 作成時にアプリ側に不具合がありましたがemmaがすぐ対応してくれました。
