I've been very happy with their customer service support thus far! We had quite a few design changes that we needed assistance with and their team was very accommodating. Response time has also been very quick!

Amazing customer support team! Most of my additional requirements were tackled and solved quicky by Emma from their team without any charges. The app is also of high quality with reliable performance and tracking. Been using it for a year now with no issues

Great app and excellent customer support! I had an issue with the form setup, and Emma was incredibly helpful and responsive. She quickly identified the problem and guided me through the solution. Worst app worst customer service. In US it is morning time the support says it is evening if the support is in indian time then still it is 7Pm which isnt late.

works great! Emma at the support was really helpful. We are planning at using this as a returns and information collection form, there are a few things we'd like to have and we've requested those to their support, hopefully theyll add them aswell! Otherwise, works really well, we love that its easy to translate aswell!
