Hi, I wanted to follow up regarding the issue with our forms not working and all the forms are disappeared. This has been ongoing for over a week now, and although I previously reached out, the issue is still not resolved. When customers click on the submit button, the form does not go through. As a result, we are losing potential customers, which is a serious concern for us. We kindly request that this issue be resolved within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, we will have to switch to another app.

Fantastic customer support! I had some rather specific requests for the needs of my company's website that weren't immediately clear through this app's options however speaking with Emma, she greatly helped clear things up and even was able to have the dev team custom adjust in my form to get it just as I wanted.

Very good form, easily customisable to suit our exact requirements. Have not needed to contact support often but on the one occassion I did, Tina helped us resolve our issue quickly!

Shopify recommended me two differentapps. I started with another one, but there has been no email function (free) on that app, nor any easy chat options to support services. Then I uploaded POWERFUL APP- it has been easier to build up the Forms and all the settings in a menu. I had a few video instructions. While I had a problem uploading the form to my button (pop-up). The support service guided me efficiently with a quick email on the weekend. They were very knowledgeable and resolved my issue in 30 minutes. Emma, in the Chat service, has even given me instructions on Shopify settings to use the security code in Shopify for external support. Which I did'nt know before! She was excellent ! I am so pleased to use this app.

Works well for custom forms. Sometimes crashes but the staff service is really good.

Easy to use with the perfect set of features for us. And if you encounter a problem, support is quick to assist. Emma was very helpful and we found the configuration issue quickly and I was back in business.
