Easy to use with the perfect set of features for us. And if you encounter a problem, support is quick to assist. Emma was very helpful and we found the configuration issue quickly and I was back in business.

Very easy to use and customize. The structure and flow seem to be one of the best contact builders for Shopify. Emma and the team helped resolve an element overlapping issue. So, great support too!

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. We received only 2 out of 10 form submissions in our trial run. Their support fixed an issue on their end in early Jan and said it was done, but we didn't receive form submissions again from 2 customers overnight. Going back to our old provider that worked perfectly. This is probably the most useless app around.
