App is great and intuitive to build forms for exactly what we needed. We had some questions that were sorted very quickly and efficiently. Big shoutout to Emma for her excellent assistance!

Great app! Emma is so helpful in making sure everything is just right and helping me to walk through parts that I don’t understand. Very easy to learn though!

I had a few problems getting the file attachment feature to work on this app. I reached out to CS and a lovely lady by the name of Emma assisted me to get the file attachment feature working. Emma is a legend and I would recommend this app to anyone. Will change to the monthly subscription once we go live!!
