Molto utile per creare landing page ed acquisire dati dai clienti. L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato é che una volta ricevuta la mail dal cliente, bisogna sempre cambiare l'email di contatto perché quella di default é l'email noreply di globo; questo significa anche che sul mio client di posto non posso creare regole di risposta automatica. Per il resto é un ottima app a costo zero

So far it is straightforward to navigate. However, I wish there wasn't a plug for the app on the bottom right hand corner of the form.

Does what says, great app, easy to generate forms and integrate them into your website pages. Enables to create almost any kinda form required.

60% of the app simply doesn't work. They messed up my theme then I had to clean up my theme.liquid + additional script in snippets. I would rather prefer to have Jotform or any other form app and pay some fee than this.

I use the form since to years now and it works fine. Support is ok. I use only few essential functions so I can't say how they are doing. I like it

Excellent! Worked as described and more. Easy to use and intuitive. Created a number of forms and placed them in multiple places on our site. It's free, but we offered to pay since it is so good.

After two months the app disappear from the store and it gives page 404 .. shame on them ... our store is for business not for people to tryout apps

The submit button is not customizable and our website color theme is black and white but the submit button is fluorescent green. I'm unable to change that.
