Only had the app a few minutes and was looking for help to change the button text on a form. Daniel was awesome, knowledgeable and able to get me taken care of no time at alL! Awesome experience so far. Got a lot of learning to do!

Great support. We had some issues with receiving submitted forms, and Emma sorted it out quickly. Really appreciate her help with the teething problems. Also love how sleek and intuitive the form design options look!

It is quite easy to use even with the free plan. It supports Japanese, so you can use it with peace of mind. Customer support is also reliable, so there are no complaints. Emma's customer support was quick and helpful!

The timing of live support was not ideal for me in USA Central time zone, but once they got online they fixed the issue quickly!
