Exceptional Customer service from Emma, but more than that this is probably the best form builder I have ever used and would highly recommend you giving it a try.

The best app I've used on Shopify so far. No coding required, and it's super user-friendly. Emma has been very helpful in assisting me with integrating my form to match my theme and answering all my questions. I definitely recommend it to anyone without a coding background.

Really easy to set up, I had some issues with some tagging but Customer Support help me with great tutorials and they even try themselves to ensure correct implementation. Thanks so much!
