Average support time, 3 seconds. Also the best app for form building. I have tested several. I have had like 5 tickets in the past and every time I dealt with EMMA. I thought she was the owner of the plugin since she cares so much. Incredible person, incredible app. What a success story!

We had an issue with our webforms not being received correctly. We reached out with the issue and Emma responded within an hour or so to help address it. Changes were implemented almost immediately and our issues were resolved within a couple hours which was great.
