I have been using this Shopify app for form creation and I'm very impressed. The app itself is excellent, with intuitive features that make it easy to create and manage forms. Excellent customer service team 10/10 Emma always answered and able to understand all my queries and provide solutions/suggestions. Replies are also very prompt. Keep it up. Form building are also straightforward and easy to understand. Highly recommended
