We are planning at using this as a returns and information collection form, there are a few things we'd like to have and we've requested those to their support, hopefully theyll add them aswell! Otherwise, works really well, we love that its easy to translate aswell!

Support is top notch. Occasional time zone delays, but that's just how things are now a days. We have been using powerful Contact From Builder by Globo for several years now. We also have been using their other apps, such as - Search and filters: https://apps.shopify.com/product-filter-and-search - Upsell and cross-sell: https://apps.shopify.com/partners/globo when support is needed, which has not been very often, then are quick to respond and make sure our requirements are met as needed.
