It's a very good app. And the support was very smooth and fast, with Vic responding immediately and resolving the issue. I'm sure we'll continue to be able to provide great experiences to our customers through this app.

Had an issue with the form appearing on a new page I was setting up. Turns out it was a caching issue on their end. The dev team fixed it quickly (under 5 mins). I got very responsive and friendly support from Emma. I've been using this app for 3 years...simple to use. No issues with submissions. Very happy with the app.

We have not used the app for long, nor in a live setting yet, but for our purposes, it is a superb application. We are using this for a couple of workflows that we put our customers into when we need them to upload photos in addition to providing other information, such as text input, contact information, etc. The support we received while in draft was superb—super quick and easily solved the issue.

i just added the app to my store and it seems to work as i want so far. the customer service team is great. The support team and Emma was working with me, she was very helpful and kind dealing with my requierments then made sure that the form is working fine for me. thank you so much Emma.
