This is a great app, very user-friendly. The official staff are also very patient in helping to resolve issues. Especially EMMA, has been assisting me for several consecutive days to solve the problems I encountered.

I had a couple of issues and they helped me instantly. That's why I look for when I install apps: being sure I will be able to manage it without being expert in the subject and having the support of experts when I need it! absolutely the worst support. Numerous attempts for a little help and no effort at all. Super buggy. Simple things like "after submit" goes to correctly different URL. Add to cart functionality from form, adds wrong item despite correct item being in thier app. Would definately recommend another form app.

Forms work well, the integration with Shopify customers is a gamechanger, and Daniel was super helpful with supporting with some teething issues. Sorted and fixed in 5 mins – thank you!
