This app is the best bang for your buck I think. Most rich features for the lowest price. I won’t lie I wish it had more features to better suit my needs but honestly plenty of other apps didn’t have all the features I needed and they were way more expensive. This app still has plenty of features to really customize but where they really shine is their customer service is almost immediate. Best bang for your buck and customer service is always there to help

My Shopify store has been using the Powerful Form builder for my quote form, with great results. When Shopify said I would need to update or delete the app, I was worried that I would have to start over. I reached out to the Golo support team and heard back within an hour. They updated the app and now my pages can be updated. Reat Job Golo Team

アプリ側のキャッシュにより、フォームが表示されない不具合に遭遇しました。 この不具合はユーザー側で対応することは出来ないようですが、問い合わせをしたらすぐに対応してもらえました。 同じ現象に遭遇したらチャットで問い合わせをすることをお勧めします。 サポートのEmmaさんも非常に親切で好印象でした。

Emma helped me with a problem the app was having and resolve it.

The form builder has many usages. However, it is not user friendly if you have basic plan. I started with the Basic plan which let user to build only 1 form. That's okay if you're testing the app first. I followed the instruction to embed the form to a page and for some reason it didn't work. I had to ask customer support for help. Emma was great! Apparently there are fields like "Date" fields that are only available to "Pro" plan users but cannot be removed from the form if you have "basic" plan and it caused the embedding issue. I think that is a bug that needs to be resolved. Emma removed the date fields from her end and I was able to see the form on my page now.

The app seems great but the integration to embed to my website was not easy and had to spend more than 3 hours with a help center to tackle the issues. Emma at the help center was so patient with me and did a great job resolving the issue. Many thanks to Emma!

Had some issues with how my theme and the app interacted but Emma was quick to respond and help. Otherwise, the app works great and looks great too!
