This is seriously one of the best apps we use on our site - not only that, but the customer service is lightning quick - especially Emma. Do not hesitate to use this app if you want a decent form.

Just installed the free version and was facing some issues, the customer support team was extremely prompt and helpful with the whole experience. To me, this app's form feature is the best. It's very functional and straightforward to use, and I was really helped by Emma's kind, precise, and prompt support. The free features are sufficient for my current needs, but I'd seriously consider a paid plan if I require more functionality down the line.
