Outstanding App & Next-Level Support The Powerful Form Builder app is powerful, intuitive, and simply works. But what truly blew us away was the amazing support—especially Emma. She resolved our issue in no time and made the entire experience seamless. Absolute star!

This app is very easy to use and works perfectly as what I needed. A big shout out to their customer service team, especially Emma! She's been super helpful and very responsive via both live chat and email. I've enquired about how to fix the font and background colour and she's worked with their development team and fixed it for me straightaway. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with the form appearing on a new page I was setting up. Turns out it was a caching issue on their end. The dev team fixed it quickly (under 5 mins). I got very responsive and friendly support from Emma. I've been using this app for 3 years...simple to use. No issues with submissions. Very happy with the app.

We have not used the app for long, nor in a live setting yet, but for our purposes, it is a superb application. We are using this for a couple of workflows that we put our customers into when we need them to upload photos in addition to providing other information, such as text input, contact information, etc. The support we received while in draft was superb—super quick and easily solved the issue.
