Great app and great support. The app was able to meet all our needs and had the flexibility to customize everything we needed and create efficiencies for our team. I had questions and when I contacted support responses were incredibly fast and help. Their how-to instructions are great too!

New to Form Builder and under a deadline. Emma was online and able to modify a form for me in about three minutes. First time contacting for support, but that turned out really nice. I'm really happy with this app and had instant help with the pop up from the app while creating it. It was tailored to my theme and I had Emma help me and she was really great to work with. It's nice how that is even an option to have a live chat to have help and customization along the way. Great app and great customer service.

The technical support agent Emma is being super helpful and got all my requests resolves in a quick time, even over the weekend when the developers are not working. She helped me complete my set up using Powerful Contact Form and that makes me willing to purchase a plan in the near future.
