I'm really happy with this app and had instant help with the pop up from the app while creating it. It was tailored to my theme and I had Emma help me and she was really great to work with. It's nice how that is even an option to have a live chat to have help and customization along the way. Great app and great customer service.

The technical support agent Emma is being super helpful and got all my requests resolves in a quick time, even over the weekend when the developers are not working. She helped me complete my set up using Powerful Contact Form and that makes me willing to purchase a plan in the near future.

This is truly the best forms app available. In terms of features available, it cannot be beat. I needed the following: ability to both embed a form or put a bubble in the corner of the screen that someone can click to open the form, ability to change the “sent from” email address on submission emails, ability to change the name on submission emails, confirmation emails sent to customers, reply-to email address is the customer’s email address (so I can quickly respond without copy/pasting their email in the to field). Lastly, this is a huge feature: integration with shopify and Klaviyo (and I’m sure others, but these are the two I use) allow you to map a field in the form to the marketing consent field in shopify/klaviyo. This is a huge feature missing in other apps, as it seems others allow you to add all submissions to the marketing list, but are missing that conditional consent feature. If you want to only subscribe those that consent, you're out of luck. And I’m sure there’s other features I’m using that I’m forgetting about right now. This app was able to do all of this. The configuration did take some figuring out and contact with support. Support is quick to respond and very helpful. The price is extremely reasonable for this app. I am able to do all this with the Premium subscription. Highly recommend!

Speedy response. I was looking for a bot to ask me a hundred questions, then ask for my contact information and call me the next day. I was wrong. They responded within seconds. I definitely will keep this app. Emma was my agent.
