Powerful Contact Form Builder

Fantastic support, they had an actual human (thanks Emma!) who updated the CSS for a form to match my website. The reason for 4 stars is that the Pro paid plan should include the "Date Field" form element, it's a pretty basic feature :)

I'm very satisfied with this app and the features it provides on the free plan. I had a small issue and Emma from the team was very helpful in my assistance.

The only issue I've had so far has been user error and Emma was extremely quick to respond. The form builder has performed perfectly and was very easy to integrate.
