Easy to use app. The forms look great. Easy to embed in any page. Had a minor issue but support got me fixed up quick.

We had a couple of teething issues but had excellent tech support who checked in with us and made sure the problem was fixed quickly. Would recommend.

I wanted to introduce an inquiry form, repair request form, and construction request form to my company's website, so I installed Powerful Contact Form Builder. It is very easy to set up and allows you to create forms with a high degree of freedom. We had a little trouble, but Emma's support was great and it was resolved successfully. I would like to use it for a long time.

Pretty easy to set up. It didn't work initially but even at midnight my time I had someone (Emma) on within 30 seconds to fix my form. She was super nice and fixed it astonishingly fast.

This Contact Form Builder is absolutely seamless – it just quietly does its job in the background without you even realizing it's there! Recently, we hit a snag when our ambassador page following a website design. We contacted the Form Builder team. To our relief, they jumped right in, responding promptly to our plea for assistance and swiftly getting our webpage look to what we were looking for. We couldn't be more pleased with both the app itself and the team's lightning-fast response when things went awry. Without hesitation, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone in need.

Does exactly what you need. Simple to create forms and to integrate them into your theme. It has a lot form options to chosse from. The support is top notch as well - quick and uncomplicated getting the job done. Thanks! Highly recommended!
