英語ができないため翻訳機能を使いながらの編集や問い合わせとなりますが、今のところ問題無く行えています。 突然問い合わせのメール転送ができなくなるエラーがこれまでに何度が生じているので少し不安は残りますが、迅速かつ親切なサポートのおかげですぐに改善されたので、今後も使用したいと思います。

The support team response very fast! They are very helpful, I am very appreciated. But the app translation (Japanese) is quite poor , makes confusion, so I change it to English. I hope the translation get better.

Been using it for a while now and overall it's friendly to newbies like me. The only problem is that in the last few days, I suddenly couldn't receive emails from customers, but Emma, a staff member, helped me solve the problem very quickly. Now I'm going to continue to use PCFB happily.

Good app for contact form, Perfect solution for our warranty card registration form. Very easy to use and integrate into our site.

For the most part this is the best form build on Shopify that has the advanced functionality we need. Plus it integrates with Active Campaign. We experience bugs when they were making updates their app. However, the support team has been helpful. Think it's a good app for the cost!

The setup is easy, and the app is simple and user-friendly. Support via chat was quick and responsive.
