The app has all the features I need and when I have had trouble with something due to my own knowledge limitations, Taylor from support has been prompt and very helpful to figure it out. I was surprised I was talking to an actual human in the help chat and she was great. This is a great form app, we have been using it really happily for 2 years. But I have only needed customer support now, when bots have started to use it to register in huge amounts; Emma was fast to amend my settings, but also showed me how in case I needed to do the same on other forms. Brilliant service, thank you.
