Works really well to get customers into the right email inbox and so much more. We were able to build many different types of forms all with different elements which has helped us reduce the number of back and forward email threads. Also Emma was also very helpful when we needed some help with a more technical form build! Thanks again!

Great app....I can create 1 form and in the form I can have the submissions re-direct to different departments. Their customer service team is also helpful in helping me resolve the issue.

While I've only used the free version of this form builder, I've had a great experience with the ease of embedding it onto our website and having it match our custom theme. Plus, Emma with their support time was incredibly responsive and helped solve a button placement issue quickly, despite time changes! I'm looking forward to growing our relationship with this company and am already looking into the premium plan as we grow!
