Support quickly resolved an issue with had with the form, an in general we've had very few issues where support was needed.

I have just installed the app and have had great support service from Emma (super fast response time with a happy and helpful manner). We are also really happy with the the app integration! Super keen to keep using this form builder! Thanks Globo!!

I use the application on many of my accounts. It is very easy to edit and use. Easy to install. The support part is also at a very high level. When I had a problem they responded quickly. You can use it with peace of mind.

I wanted to include images in our form which works like a mini quiz and they had it done within 24hrs. Amazing app and Emma was such a great help.

App appears to work as expected. Had a few questions when testing it's operation and Emma was exceptional in taking care of my issues. She stayed with me while the update was performed and took care of my issue. Couldn't ask for better service.

When a form is submitted, the app creates a new shopify customer, and tags it with a custom tag. thanks for the quick and kind support.
