I've been using the free plan of this app, and so far its been a great experience. I'm currently in the process of rebranding my website, and Emma has been a huge help with helping me get the form formatted and perfect for the site. She's the best!

L'application correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. L'app remplissait 90% de mes besoins, et j'ai contacté le support pour essayer de voir s'il était possible de développer des fonctionnalités supplémentaires propres à mes besoins et ainsi atteindre les 100% ! Emma a été d'une grande aide, très réactive et très arrangeante : elle a transmis mes demandes à l'équipe technique qui les a toutes réalisées en à peine une journée. En plus d'être une bonne application de base, j'ai maintenant des formulaires sur-mesure qui font exactement ce dont j'ai besoin. Encore un grand merci à Emma du support et à toute l'équipe !

Fantastic form app. I tried this one after a few others completely failed me, and I was very surprised at how easy it is to set up. The free version is fully functioning and works perfectly. Emma at support was super-helpful when I reached out and asked for the form to be styled to match my site. Now it looks great too! I highly recommend this app over any of the other form apps.

Great app! Great support! I am using the free version and I've only had to contact their team once for an issue with my emails. They jumped on it right away and fixed the same day. Thank you support team! I highly recommend to anyone needing forms for their website!

OK, I haven't fully tested the app yet. But I must say that the support has been astonishing so far. Emma has been quick in understanding my questions, and precise in her anwers. Apart from this also super-friendly! Thank you!

I just got this app so just in the beginning phases of testing it out but Emma was the best support helper ever with getting the form on my site & customizing it for me. From what I see this form will do everything I need it to, & it looks amazing! Love!

A great and easy to use custom form builder that has enough functionality to create our custom B2B forms. The Multi-Step tools are very simple to use. And I was surprised to have the support team answer me with a live chat late on a Monday night. There is some limited functionality in regards to Outlook Email integration, but I hope more features get added.
