Our company is Optimal Essentials and I'm having problems with setting up an autoresponder email with the merge tags, I asked Emma their tech support and she responded with the right answers. quick and simple to understand.

Great customer service, Emma was really helpful. For the app, you can customize the forms and retrieve all the data. Online help works well and customer service is great, which is crucial on these type of apps. I can recommend this app if you need custom forms for your shopify!
